No, we should also be able to read dBase IV.

Since John said that he couldn't even see the tables, the format is
irrelevant, anyway: We read the format only when it comes to accessing
the table data, so we would report *any* .dbf file as table, without
previously looking into it.

Sadly, I don't have an idea what could cause us to ignore all those
files, except the case theory already falsified. Or ... the table filter?
