In general, it is pretty rare for the total amount to appear anywhere near the top of even so much as a billing summary, let alone an invoice, in Europe. We now have European directives on how bills are to be produced and what they should show. Obviously, billing isn't the only the thing you can do with the SRB, but my guess is that it would be one of the most commonest for many businesses.
