In a manner of speaking I suppose it is.
For example the Pentaho report engine has a function
TotalGroupSumFunction, this function would allow the value to be in the
header. But the current SRB does not have this function. Whether it and
the others are coming in a later version I don't know.
(You might ask : who would ever place a subtotal in the group header
in the first place ?)
