Yes. (OpenSuse 10.3, OOoH m8 slovak.) If I start OOo running "sbase" with opening odb file and open embedded form, macros do not work. When I close the odb file and open it again (without closing OOo) macros work. I tried to open OOo running "scalc" or "soffice" or "swriter" and then open odb file. Macros work fine immediately. So it seems that it is not good idea to start OOo as "sbase" if you want to work with base file.
