Let's see; I keep holding the same basic thing: "no serious person would 
suggest you to create a MS Access database for any business use (unless 
you don't care about data loss and corruption)"

The point is that an office suite does many things, and it can crash. So it's 
better to handle important data by a dedicated application. Of course MySQL 
may crash (though I've never seen), I'm not saying this is impossible; I'm 
just saying this is the safest way for important data, like the one in a 
bussines (no matter how big or small it is).
