In addition to that, I will likely commit an initial pass at improved fragment support later today.

That gets you on your way for (1) and (2), however for (3) it doesn't look so good. Boot class path extension are very low priority for me. The implementation would be JVM specific and it would require that we actually have a separate launching to launch Felix in a separate process and monitor it. I just don't see that happening any time soon.
