You underestimate my Serbo-Croat skils ;) Not really, I don't follow a word!
I'm no page design expert, but it looks pretty good to me and the links
seem to go to the right places on the original Felix page.
Nice one!

Hi guys,
As I promised, I have finished the translation. Now I know that you don't
understand a single word in Serbo-Croatian :) but if you could just take a
look to see how it looks like – the colors, font, copyrights, etc. it would
be very helpful to me. I've put the references to your original article at
the top and bottom of the page.
Here it is:
http://science.webhostinggeeks.com/apache-felix-framework
If you find time to mention my translation somewhere within your page, I
would really appreciate it. See, that would honor my work and benefit a lot
of visitors from Ex Yugoslavia to both yours and mine websites.
To make it easier for you, here's the HTML code that you can add somewhere
within your article:
This article is translated to <a href="
http://science.webhostinggeeks.com/apache-felix-framework">Serbo-Croatian</a>
language by Anja Skrba from <a href="http://webhostinggeeks.com/">
Webhostinggeeks.com</a>.
Please let me know if there are any questions or if you need me to correct
something.
Keep in touch!
Sincerely,
Anja

I agree and would just ask for a link back to the original page.
BTW: you might want to refer to the new page

I'm only a committer not the project lead, but I really can't see anyone
complaining if you help spread the knowledge by translating into your
local language, as long as the content is kept faithful after the
translation.
Apache is all about open source - so in fact, I suspect the licenses we
all work under pretty much permit it anyway, but it's always good to
ask!
Good luck!

Dear Sir,
I am writing to inquire regarding your web page about Apache Felix
Framework Usage Documentation where I have found a lot of useful
information. My name is Anja and I'm currently studying at the Faculty
of Computer Science in Belgrade.
Here is the URL of your article:
http://felix.apache.org/site/apache-felix-framework-usage-documentation.html
I would like to share it with the people from Former Yugoslav
Republics: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia
and Herzegovina.
I would be grateful if you could allow me to translate your writing
into Serbo-Croatian language, that is used in all Former Yugoslav
Republics and to post it on my website. Hopefully, it will help our
people to gather some additional knowledge about computing.
I hope to hear from you soon.
