I think there is another issue here: in the Windows Add/Remove window my installed LO RC1 is reported as using 1598Mb but the LibreOffice folder (directory) under \Program Files\ in fact uses only 533Mb.
In contrast OOo RC7 reports using 334Mb and the folder takes 324Mb...
