Hi :)
Thanks for the flowers (as they say).  People from Windows-land are mostly only 
familiar with phone-support which makes it difficult to copy&paste the answers 
that are spoken and impossible to give screen-shots or attachments.  I guss 
it's better with smart-phones but then you get into the unfamiliar land of text 
and pictures which is tooo geeky for many Windows users.  Which is odd because 
it's easier.  I guess physically being there is the ultimate support and worth 
the most money.
