I just attempted to replicate your issue on Win7 (64bit Home Premium): o Upgraded from 3.3.4 to 3.4.4 o Upgraded from 3.4.4 to 3.4.5 o Upgraded from 3.4.5 to 3.5.0 No issues with either of those. Are you sure that you don't have a quickstart process running?
