Sure you can - you just did. 

Of course now I;m confused - do you want to register at askLibO (in with
case you need an OpenID ID - really that is not a lot to ask - if you
can not find out how to do that without using Facebook on your own, just
say so and I'll point to a few free, non-profit sites that offer those)
