Hi :)
I am not sure what antivirus Frank uses but i do remember him mentioning that 
he had solved the problem on his machine.  I'm not sure how he solved it.  He 
doesn't have an on-all-the-time-broadband connection and doesn't have much time 
to stop and chat when he is connected but he did say a big thanks to everyone 
that had posted helpful answers.  

I'm not sure if his message reached the list or if i was meant to forwards it 
to the list.  Anyway, a big thanks to all for solving it :)

Yes. It was manderson:

"Grasping at straws. I use Avira Free at home and Avast Free at work. Frank,
what do you use?"

That is why I mentioned that I have Avast AV installed and working on
both of those machines (they are running in VMWare VM's).
