Hi :) If you uninstall the program then the User Profile is left on the machine so that it's ready to be picked-up when you install a different version of LibreOffice.
If you remove the User Profile then all your settings, templates, galleries, Extensions/Add-ons are removed and if you run the LibreOffice program after that then a fresh new User Profile is created. If you uninstall the program and then delete the User Profile then all that will remain is files, folders and short-cuts that you have created will remain. You could always do a files search to find everything with LO or LibreOffice in the title. For such file-operations can i recommend trying SliTaz, particularly the new 4.0 version. It's likely to be faster to download, burn onto Cd, reboot into a LiveCd (runs from ram rather than from the hard-drive or from the Cd) and then do the file-search from there. Windows is notoriously slow at file-operations although i have been told that a fresh install of Win7 is almost as good as slower Gnu&Linux. A Gnu&Linux distro wont hamper the operation by refusing to delete files that the main user doesn't have permission to tamper with. Note that if i took pictures with 1 camera and then bought a new one and uninstalled the old-one's program in order to install the program for the newer one then i would be a bit annoyed if all my photographs, logos and posters got removed! or if short-cuts to my photos, logos and posters got removed! There is no uninstaller that I found. I want to install LibreOffice cleanly. How can I first remove all trace of OpenOffice?
