This is a follow-up to my query from earlier today. I finally have everything working in mail merge except for the final step. I execute the print command and then answer yes to the do you want to print a form letter message. The data source shows up as it should, I can see the headers and the actual data, but I can not get the data into my document. I've tried both printing the document and saving it to a file, the placeholders come out blank.
There is a "Data to Text" icon in the window but it is greyed out. What is preventing the data from flowing to the document? LO 3.5 Mac 10.6.8 Thanks!
