Lol, that is not complete disagreement! I agree it's handy to have both but if 
you are missing the built-in help then "view it as a feature not a bug".  Afaik 
the Help was last updated for the 3.3.0 and there have been quite a few changes 
since then.

I disagree completely. Do get the offline help. It is a quite efficient and
handy quick reference for LibreOffice even if it is(?) outdated.
