Hi :) Grrr, sounds like a nightmare. Have you tried renaming your user-profile to see if that does the trick? https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/UserProfile
Is it just that it keeps trying to recover the same file? Does it give a list of the documents it is trying to recover and is it always the same file no matter which document you try to open? What happens if you click the cancel button? Investigating, I found that previous versions 3.5.5 has not been uninstalled by the 3.6.x install. Not typical behavior. Removed 3.5.5, reinstalled 3.6.0.4. It now launches OK, but sees all by document files as corrupt and won't open them - "general error". I have no idea what the problem might be. Any help would be appreciated. -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
