Thank you. Your instructions are very clear. I did this. Same result.

I read the content of javasettings_Windows_x86.xml

It contains a line:
<java xmlns="http://openoffice.org/2004/java/framework/1.0";
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance";>

I tried to go to "http://openoffice.org/2004/java/framework/1.0"; in my
(Opera) browser.

Got a redirection to "http://www.openoffice.org/2004/java/framework/1.0";
which displayed a customized Error 404.

Looks like Oracle/Openoffice has diddled the works. Is there a more recent
page for whatever is meant by xmlns?
