David,

Waste of time to dig into the XmlSchema Name space, a little dated but it
just works. But a reference is here:
http://docs.oracle.com/javaee/5/api/javax/xml/bind/annotation/XmlSchema.html

And here are the direct links to download from Oracle. *Either current
build*, JRE 1.6u35 or JRE 1.7u7 will work well. Although JRE builds from
1.7u6 onward include the Java Accessibility Bridge, v 2.0.3, if that is of
use to you.

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre6u35-downloads-1836473.html

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7u7-downloads-1836441.html

Deleting the javasettings_Windows_x86.xml forces LibreOffice to rebuild per
user with a correct template. Each user then chooses what JRE to activate
from the LibreOffice Tools -> Options -> Java panel.

And, as Pedro notes, if you are on a 64-bit Win7 system you must install the
32-bit JRE and be sure LibO is using that executable. Only reliable way
I've found when both 32-bit and 64-bit versions is to add an entry in the
system path pointing to the 32-bit, coupled with a JAVAHOME. We have a
Wiki article for Java Access Bridge here:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq/Java that should have enough detail.
