Each user then chooses what JRE to activate from the LibreOffice Tools -> Options -> Java panel. And, as Pedro notes, if you are on a 64-bit Win7 system you must install the 32-bit JRE and be sure LibO is using that executable. Only reliable way I've found when both 32-bit and 64-bit versions is to add an entry in the system path pointing to the 32-bit, coupled with a JAVAHOME.
