Here is my table in Writer: Table -> Insert -> Table -> Columns 2 -> Rows 4
<row 1, column 1><row 1, column 2> <row 2, column 1><row 2, column 2> <row 3, column 1><row 3, column 2> <row 4, column 1><row 4, column 2> Select the first column -> numbering on Select <row 1, column 1>, <row 2, column 1> -> Table -> Merge Cells Select <row 3, column 1>, <row 4, column 1> -> Table -> Merge Cells <row 1+2, column 1><row 1, column 2> <row 2, column 2> <row 3+4, column 1><row 3, column 2> <row 4, column 2> What should I do to get <row 1+2, column 1> : 1. <row 3+4, column 1>: 2. ? I currently get <row 1+2, column 1> : 1. <row 3+4, column 1>: 3. This is reproducible in LibreOffice 3.6.6.2 (Build ID: f969faf) and 4.0.4.2 (Build ID: 9e9821abd0ffdbc09cd8c52eaa574fa09eb08f2).
