Reliability aside (I really don't trust OL and I've got lot of backing experience to support that), I've yet to find a feature in OL that TB is missing (apart integration with Exchange).
Talk to any OL fan: ask why they think OL it is better and they'll always say "it's better" without being able to provide even the most weak explanation. This is IMO a good indication that it's not.
