The sheet began acting strangely in that I could not
delete the row breaks.  Then I noticed it was read-only.
I tried exiting then re-entering calc, and then everything
seemed to work.  The Format>Page... item was no longer disabled.

I've no idea what I had done to get into the situation where
Format>Page... was disabled :(
