I did not look at the URL’s of the help at all, but they are – as you also experienced – pointing to the locally installed help: file:///opt/libreoffice25.8/help/en-US/text….. and <file:///opt/libreoffice25.8/help/nl/text/shared/> file:///opt/libreoffice25.8/help/nl/text/shared/.... Thanks to you I am now aware the LibreOffice uses the browser als as their Help-viewer. I install the helppack_en-US and helppack_fr and everything works well. Do remember that even if you have the offline help installed, the help is still displayed using your default browser. Did you have a look at the URL of the help?
