Hi All, 

Okay, here is something official:

We have our lawyer working on a contributor agreement.  As a reference we 
suggested the old Sun SGE Contributor agreement, Apache Contributor agreement 
as good examples.  It will take him some time to get this done (longer than I 
want) I don't have a date yet from him.

For now I suggest looking at the Apache Contributor agreement - our agreement 
will likely end up similar to it.
