I'm not sure about that, at least not by the standards of average native
speakers, but there are definitely Continental-isms in it.

For what it's worth, Stallman once declared (without knowing) that my
Oxford English documentation had been written by a non-native speaker.

I guess that's the wiki docs, if anything.  [We need to convert and edit
that.  Could anyone do the format conversion?  The current GNU effort to
convert from Confluence doesn't look as if it will help.]

As far as I know, there's no professional technical authoring effort,
and doc improvements need people to contribute, which anyone can do.
