Well the cluster has roughly 2000 odd slots suitable for running such
jobs.  We have a maxujobs set to 512 and the user has a total of 512
tasks runing.  However in the past this has not caused the queued
portion of the
job to disapear.  The cluster has a few thousand more slots but a)Most
of those are off now due to an aircon failure and b)The job in
question isn't eligible to run in them for other reasons.
