I forget to say you that if you are logged in as root in the master queue, with
the next command could remove of the queue any job:
$ qdel -f job_id
See you.

Hello all,
After qdel a job, sometimes job will be in list of qstat command with "dr"
state.
How can such job be deleted from list of qstat command after qdel?

AFAIK
if you can access the reporting file from the qmaster
e.g. shadow master
or hosts that NFS mount the qmaster $SGE_ROOT/$SGE_CELL directory
the RDMS and Web server can be on non-grid-network
