Yes, or you will need to find the version of BerkeleyDB tools that
match the version used by SGE 6.2u5 - and I believe that's BDB 4.4.20.
BDB is not backward comp. with older disk format.

You can try to remove some of the queue definition and recreate the
queues just to get things going again.
