Ping and tracert work ok but when Can you dump the traceroutes ? Also try a 'telnet www.6bone.net 80' and just type a : ----- GET / HTTP/1.1 Host: www.6bone.net <enter> ----- If telnet works there is something else going on. You should ofcourse also try other websites: http://6bone.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/ipv6/stats/stats.php3 Maybe your path to the 6bone site isn't that good ;) > trying to access the site with a browser, according to ethereal sniffer, > I get stuck. Sending syn+ack's and all should be fine. Though you'll never know for sure ;) If you can dump the output. But first try another site ofcourse. > I have the wininet.dll in my host. Can anyone help? The wininet.dll can only cause problems when running on Windows 2000 or NT4. On XP the wininet.dll does include IPv6 even when it gets updated. (Yes, one very good reason to use XP or up when running Windows :) Greets, Jeroen --------------------------------------------------------------------- The IPv6 Users Mailing List Unsubscribe by sending "unsubscribe users" to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
