In terms of just what the end user sees, would it be fair to say the changes are:
- becoming compatible with IPv6 devices and servers
- IPv6 connectivity speeds that may not be excellent, but should get better with time (ie~ years)
- continued backwards-compatibility with all (?) current IPv4 devices
and servers
- decreased
performance of IPv4 due to translation delays and still-evolving algorithms

It enables the IPv6 stack and automatically sets up IPv6 link-local and
6to4 addresses on your network interfaces, and points the IPv6 default
route to MicroSoft's 6to4 relay. You'll have IPv6 connectivity however
the IPv6 routing may not necessarilly be optimal.
