Tru64 doesn't store prefix info in the kernel so there is
really no way to get that info out of the it.

The addresses configured on the interfaces are assumed to
have static prefix lengths: loopback is /128, link-local is /10,
and anything else is /64.

The routing function is separate and that let's us get away
with the above.
