on an IPv6 enabled system. This is an invalid IPv6 address, also no AAAA requests before result in related address.
Lookups where triggered by postfix/smtpd during receiving e-mail after MX lookup. Postfix author told me that postfix do not trigger such special requests directly, only getaddrinfo is called.
Just note that the reason was found: openldap-2.0.27 (and sure earlier) contain a buggy ldap client library which is not really IPv6-ready (use of IPv4 only structures in getpeername).
This issue is solved in at least latest 2.1.x
