we use Kannel as SMS gateway connecting with CIMD2 to SMSC (Radiolinja, Finland). We experience occasional very long delays especially when trying to call some application from GSM phone. This happens especially after starting the box (bearer-, sms-). It helps to "kick" the box<->SMSC by sending a message from kannel with http interface to a phone, after which also incoming messages start to flow. I tried to browse the users-list and found some more or less similar problem descriptions, but no hints how to correct. Does this happen only to us, to the mentioned operator, to CIMD2 or what? The behavior was similar when we ran 1.0.3, we tried to fix it by upgrading to 1.1.5 but it was of no help. Thanks for any assistance /Lassi
