Hi, We want to connect to an SMSC using CIMD2, but the provider gave us two different username and password one for sending and the other for receiving, how can i apply this to KANNEL as per the documentation i can only use one username and password.

We experience occasional very long delays especially when trying to call some application from GSM phone. This happens especially after starting the box (bearer-, sms-). It helps to "kick" the box<->SMSC by sending a message from kannel with http interface to a phone, after which also incoming messages start to flow. I tried to browse the users-list and found some more or less similar problem descriptions, but no hints how to correct. Does this happen only to us, to the mentioned operator, to CIMD2 or what?
