The store file is used to dump messages when it is not possible yet to send them out. You need to have a look at your config file to see where they are.
Should be in the bearerbox group.

In that case just delete the storefile or move it somewhere else. Of
course make sure you shut down kannel first.
Out of curiosity are you connected to Celcom or Digi ?

Guys,

  Just wondering if kannel holds any cache. If it's any can we clear
  the cache before starting the bearerbox.

  This is because I'm experiencing some strange thing where in a
  sudden the box is sending out messages without a request from
  mobilephone. Just for your information my kannel is connected to
  SMSC and only sending out messages when there's a request.
