Wap and router

Actually I've a server with apache+PHP configured for Wap (I can browse and
work
with wml pages within deck-it), the LAN is connected to a router CISCO isdn
with Internet
but I don't have a static IP address.
Can I using kannel browse my Intranet wap pages from my mobile ?
How can configure kannel for using with CISCO ?
I'm a new of kannel.
