WAP ALerts

HI,

I am having problems with URL in service indication element at

<indication href="" > while sending wap alerts.

When i am appending parameters to the url like ?v=1 wap alert is delivered to mobile phone.

If i am increasing the length of the parameter values to 2(ie.. ?v=11) then i am not getting the wap alert to mobile phone .
