fyi, this is a kannel setup using a gsm cellphone, not smpp or any other gateway.
The weird thing is, its quite consistent. I can send a three-part sms *by hand* using the same phone and it will arrive at its destination in order (part 1 first, etc). But when I send the same three-part sms via kannel it arrives backwards (part 3 first, etc). This sounds like a dumb question, but...what order does kannel send a multipart message in?
