Mariella, You can send SMS to a specified port. But this is not defined inside kannel. You have to set a special UDH. Inside the UDH a Port can be specified. But I currently don't find the specification for it in my archives. Please google a little bit, try searching for UDH, Port and Smart Messaging. And when you find something, please post it to the list.

What you describe is not possible. It is not even a kannel issue. PPG is sent as a binary SMS. It follows the same route as regular SMS. From bearerbox it is delivered to an SMSc and from there to the mobile. Therefore the SMSc is responsible for delivering the content to the mobile. This happens according to the SMS spec and is not configurable.
