Is this a one-off problem or something you wish to do on a per message basis (on-going)? If it's for debugging only you could you run tcpdump or equivalent to capture raw traffic. Otherwise try setting log-level=0 in your kannel config and see if you can find the information you are after in the logs (or include the full logs in reply to the list for more help).
