I am building interactive interactive SMS apps. I was testing usability and I
was measuring how long it takes to get a response back on MO. Most of the
time I get fast replies within 5-10 seconds. There are times when a response
takes 15-20mins or more. I have ruled out problems from my application and
DB design. It seems to be with the operator. I wanted to ask if this is a
normal with other operators around the world.
