Hi, does anyone know if Kannel has a limit to the number of messages it sends per minute or am I restricted by my SMSC?
My problem: While Kannel receives 6 messages per minute and sends them out, after a while the SMSC (A Multi-Tech MultiModem) starts returning "16: smsc reject" and after I reboot the Kannel system messages starts going out again and the SMSC returns "8: smsc submit".
