Obviously, it will need to have a sim card that can work in the country
where you are. It's finally your gateway to the cell network.
Also keep in mind that you should sign for a plan with your operator that
would allow you to send the amount of messages you expect to have. Some
operators have "unlimited" plans but are supposed to be in "fair use" ie
you can't spam people or send commercial type sms. If so, you might
