>From the logs below it seems that all features that will result in PDF encryption are either disabled for the sender or for the receiver. Not that most settings are sender *and* receiver properties. Can you set all global settings back to their default, delete all users and set "OTP enabled" to true. Then send another email to see whether OTP is used.
