Hello Martijn, I did what you've suggested and I was able to encrypt the e-mail with PDF (OTP). I think my mistake was not enabling OTP globally, I thought I could control it from each user settings.
I have to say the software is amazing and does pretty much everything I wanted it to do. Not that most settings are sender *and* receiver properties. Can you set all global settings back to their default, delete all users and set "OTP enabled" to true. Then send another email to see whether OTP is used.
