You could use the Live installer to look for the cause of your problem. You would start by mounting the system drive, then examine `/etc/fstab` and using `journalctl --directory ...` to look for relevant errors. You might want to seek help from an experienced linux user in your area who might see how to fix the issue if you don't see it. This has the advantage that you will learn some troubleshooting methods that may be useful in the future. A fresh install may be faster, but you won't learn as much. -- George N.
