Sorry to be pedantic, but is the Main Configuration, Repository
Configuration and Repository Persistence entries specifying the paths
that will be searched for the dnf configuration file and the order in
which they will be searched, or if dnf.conf is in all 3 paths it will
only use the first one it finds or are they all combined into a single
configuration?
