In my new notebook, the internal battery was only providing 60% power.
What did I expect with a new/used notebook?

Anyway I just installed a bright new battery and web posts I found said
to run new batteries down and then recharge 3 times before regular use.
Or something like that.
For Lenovo x260 I find:

Battery
46 Wh Lithium-Ion, 2x 3-cell (integrated and external battery)

And you can get a 6-cell for external.  I don't know if that is worth a 6-cell over 2 3-cell, as they are suppose to be hot swappable.  But it is a pain to get it released...

I don't think it is good to run Lithium batteries all the way down.
Down to ~10% where power management will shut things down.
