I worked really hard getting this Lenovo x260 w F44 ready for this morning.  I am at the AUVSI conference downtown Detroit and set up my notebook and plugged in my Veratim mini mouse that I used for years on earlier Lenovos and Fedora.

At home I only used my KVM, so this is my first use of a "real" usb mouse.

I plug the mouse in.  The red LED lights up and turns off and no working mouse.  I have tried this both on battery and AC.  No mouse.

So I am stuck using the Lenovo touchpad and "eraser head" (ignoring the crud term for this when IBM came out with it) mouse.

When I get home, I will try other meese, but what might I look for in errors indicating why the mouse is not working?

Thanks
