I restart the BT stack (with systemctl), but of course that's probably
overkill. Resetting the specific port would probably be better. I'll
give it a go.

It hadn't occurred to me that this was specific to the dongle, more
like a general timeout, but of course I may be wrong. If it doesn't
happen to people with BT on their motherboard, which I don't have, that
would be interesting.
