As you are already using btrfs for /home or / , the simplest way is to
add the new disk to the existing btrfs filesystem.
Find the device name of your new SSD by Run:
         lsblk

Usually it will be /dev/sdb or /dev/sbc.

         # if you want to expand /home
         sudo btrfs device add /dev/sdX /home
         # or
         # to /
         sudo btrfs device add /dev/sdX /
